Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff members to manage code releases and infrastructure.
- Design and implement automation pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack, from network and infrastructure to application code.
- Implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Creation of RFP based on SOA for cloud platform and other tools used by the team.
- Participate in on-call rotation to respond to system emergencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong background in Linux/Unix administration.
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
- Expertise in ELK Stack. Must know how to monitor, manage and deploy ELK stack.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
