Senior DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer (Azure Cloud)

Role
We are currently looking for a Senior DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer
That will be responsible for the process of design, setup, maintenance, and optimization our CI/CD pipelines. Candidates should be able to identify routine processes that can be converted into an automated process to help improve development team efficiency and agility.
Candidates should be a tech-savvy professionals, who embrace tech agility, have excellent Infrastructure and DevOps skills, and a passion for either building new infrastructure/DevOps pipelines or improving existing ones.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, setup, and maintainance of infrastructure on Azure Cloud.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure seamless deployment and integration processes.
- Work with backend team closely to help enabling the team and help debug infrastructure problems.
- Identify routine process that can potentially converted into automated process to save resources.
- Identify and eliminate infrastructure/pipeline bottlenecks. By means of collaboration with various stakeholders, or hands-on configurations.
- Optimize, optimize, optimize, in terms of process, performance, and cost.
Skills / Experience / Qualification
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform is required. A very strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in AKS and Azure Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible to install and configure applications on VMs.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline tools is essential, with a strong preference for Azure DevOps.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as infrastructure and/or Backend developer and/or DevOps engineer
- Had proven track records of self learning and ability to adapt to new technology, new environment quickly and with minimal guidance.
- Excellent analytical and time management skills, with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in Thai and English are required
Desired Skills (Not essential but beneficial to have):
- Understand LEAN approach, startup culture & mindset, and how Agile works
- Experience in leading a team, coaching, code review, setting team’s standard and culture is a plus
- Hands-on experience with modern database systems and event streaming platforms especially Cassandra and Kafka.
- Experience working in consulting culture and environment.
- Understanding of IT Security practices and policies under banking domain is a plus.
