JOB TITLE: Sr. DevOps Engineer
JOB DUTIES: Supporting the design, implementation and maintenance of a continuous integration environment. Diagnose and troubleshoot day-to-day user-identified network issues. Deploy and support automation systems and tooling in a 24/7 production environment. Ensure system uptime by monitoring production systems and responding to issues with corrective action. Collaborate with software engineers and technical colleagues to troubleshoot issues as they emerge, ensuring ongoing system operation and business continuity. Architect and implement large scale infrastructure projects from end-to-end.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Information Technology and Management, or a related field and 2 years of experience as an Engineer in the telecommunications industry or similar OR Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Management, or a related field and 5 years of experience as an Engineer in the telecommunications industry or similar.
Experience to include (Master’s w/2 yrs OR Bachelor’s w/5yrs) in identity and access management (IAM) technology including Identity Lifecycle management covering Identity Profiles, MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Tokens, Session Management, and Restful API design; Federation technologies including SAML, O Auth, OpenToken, Open ID Connect, and Resource Provisioning; IAM cybersecurity landscape including: identity stores, Authentication and Authorization techniques; RBAC (Role Based Access Control), ABAC (Attribute Base Access Control), PAM (Privileged Access Management), and IAM controls and procedures; IAM for heterogeneous enterprise systems and integration of identity providers; Okta and Ping Identity applied to enterprise systems and applications, including single sign-on, lifecycle management, and user provisioning; DBA management for development, tuning, monitoring, and reporting to extend products including Oracle DB and MySQL; JAVA for writing custom plugins; solutioning and integrating multi-tiered applications including LDAP, Identity Databases, and Directory services; implementing security and data flows.

Your Pay: The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Salary Range: $142,661- $177,366

Skills Required
- Master's degree in Information Technology and Management (or related) plus 2 years telecom engineering experience OR Bachelor's plus 5 years telecom engineering experience.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining continuous integration/continuous deployment environments.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting production systems in a 24/7 environment, including monitoring and incident response.
- Experience with identity and access management (Identity Lifecycle, MFA, Tokens, Session Management) and RESTful API design.
- Experience with federation technologies: SAML, OAuth, OpenToken, OpenID Connect.
- Knowledge of IAM controls and cybersecurity concepts including identity stores, authentication and authorization techniques, RBAC, ABAC, and PAM.
- Hands-on experience with Okta and Ping Identity for SSO, lifecycle management, and user provisioning.
- DBA management experience for development, tuning, monitoring, and reporting with Oracle DB and MySQL.
- Proficiency in Java for writing custom plugins and integrations.
- Experience integrating multi-tiered applications including LDAP, identity databases, and directory services.
- Ability to architect and implement large-scale infrastructure projects end-to-end and deploy automation tooling.
