About the roleWe are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team and help design, build, scale, and operate the infrastructure behind our real-time services. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys working closely with software engineers, improving developer velocity, and owning production reliability end to end.
Responsibilities- Work as an integral part of the Engineering team, collaborating closely with backend, platform, AI, and product engineers.
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Manage and scale production workloads running on Kubernetes.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and infrastructure automation.
- Develop internal tools and automation using Python and/or Golang.
- Support real-time production services with a strong focus on reliability, latency, availability, and scalability.
- Own monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response processes.
- Improve system observability and proactively identify production risks.
- Build and maintain infrastructure for agentic workflows, automation agents, and AI-driven operational processes.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve developer experience, deployment velocity, and production stability.
- Participate in architecture discussions and help define infrastructure best practices across Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native architecture.
- Deep experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Golang- must
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability tools.
- Experience operating real-time, high-availability production services.
- Solid understanding of Linux, networking, containers, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues under pressure.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating closely with engineers.
We are looking for someone who combines strong DevOps fundamentals with a software engineering mindset. You should be comfortable being embedded in the Engineering team, working side by side with developers, writing code to automate infrastructure and operations, and helping teams ship reliable services faster and safer
Nice to have- Experience with cloud security, IAM, secrets management, network security, compliance, or security hardening.
- Experience with agentic AI systems, workflow automation, or AI infrastructure.
- Experience with GPU workloads, ML infrastructure, or inference services.
- Experience with service meshes, autoscaling, cost optimization, or multi-region deployments.
