Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of our infrastructure and DevOps frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure-as-code solutions, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and ensure robust sec

This role requires demonstratable experience in building secure, scalable and automated environments, with a strong focus on HashiCorp products like Vault, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, open-source operating systems (RHEL) and bash scripting.

What you’ll do

  • Design and implement DevOps frameworks for infrastructure automation and orchestration.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform for multi-cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Configure and manage HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and secure credential handling.
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, integrating automated testing and deployment.
  • Automate system configuration and provisioning using Ansible and custom Bash scripts.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices and implement robust access control mechanisms.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide root cause analysis.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience implementing DevOps frameworks in infrastructure environments.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  1. HashiCorp Vault (deployment, configuration, policies, integrations)
  2. Terraform (modules, state management, multi-environment setups)
  3. Jenkins (pipeline scripting, plugins, integrations)
  4. Ansible (playbooks, roles, automation strategies)
  5. Bash scripting (automation, system administration tasks)
  • Solid understanding of Linux systems administration (Red Hat) and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with CI/CD principles, version control (Git), and artifact management.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in infrastructure automation.
  • Certification in key technologies would be ideal (RHEL, HashiCorp)
