The Opportunity
"As a member of our DevOps team, you will have a key role in managing infrastructure for the Scores Business Unit at FICO. The primary responsibility will be to provide strong technical support for infrastructure and security. Support will focus on supporting our user community, maintaining current infrastructure, supporting future AWS infrastructure, diagnosing problems, and addressing security issues." - Rick Rojo, Analytic Software Director
What You’ll Contribute
Lead infrastructure and operations management for FICO’s Scores Business Unit, including analytics platforms, credit scoring systems, and decision management solutions.
Design, build and maintain scalable and secure on premise and cloud infrastructure.
Serve as a central technical resource helping diagnose and remediate technical issues, optimize performance, and implement security best practices.
Manage technical support operations by triaging incoming support tickets, prioritizing requests based on business impact and resolving support requests while ensuring timely resolution.
Effectively collaborate and partner with various stakeholders across the FICO organization to deliver technical solutions that support strategic Scores initiatives.
Ensure high level of technical support and execution to high visibility, business-critical projects.
Set up and maintain AWS IAM, AWS IDC, AWS Cloud Watch.
Administration of software repositories, such as Git/BitBucket.
Support of MFT, Connect:Direct (NDM) and SFTP used for file transfers with clients.
What We’re Seeking
Demonstrated expertise in supporting and maintaining Linux (Red-Hat) and Windows in hybrid on-premise and cloud environments.
Proven ability to successfully manage AWS infrastructure, including application servers, web servers, databases, batch jobs, file transfers and monitoring tools.
Expertise in designing, building and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.
Programming proficiency in one or more shell languages (Shell scripts (ie Bash), PowerShell).
Strong team-player with good communication skills.
Proven experience in supporting data center migrations (e.g. on-premise to cloud).
Ability to support legacy Java based applications (e.g. Model Builder/Condor).
Experience with AWS VPC networking and security, creating domains, subnets, EC2 instances and networking components.
Hands on experience with infrastructure provisioning tools such as Docker, Kubernetes and Ansible.
Experience analyzing and resolving performance, scalability, and reliability issues. Problem and incident diagnosis and resolution.
Understanding of fundamental technologies like DNS, Load Balancing, SSL, TCP/IP, networking, and security best practices.
Ability to drive enterprise standards around technology, security compliance, systems interoperability, CyberSecurity scans, compliance audits and security exceptions.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $116,000 to $182,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
