Senior DevOps Engineer

Summary:
Manages CI/CD pipelines and automation. Skilled in scripting, containers(Docker/Kubernetes) and Ansible. Have experience with Jenkins Administration. These individuals are proficient in concepts such as infrastructure-as-code, deployment orchestration and application tooling. There will be specialization in specific areas, such as processes, e.g. CI/CD, or specific platforms, e.g. Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud. These individuals should be well versed in modern agile delivery concepts such as Kanban, Scrum, etc.

Description:
Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools.
Support deployment and release management across multiple environments.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
Well versed with ITIL and SRE Practices and principles.
Work closely with development and QA teams to streamline DevOps processes.
Maintain and enhance cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Implement and manage container orchestration solutions (e.g., Kubernetes)
Well versed in modern agile delivery concepts such as Kanban, Scrum
Willing to work in shifts, if required.

Qualification/Experience:
Minimum 5-7 yrs experience as a DevOps engineer. Familiar with Configuration Management process.
Hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD and Automation.

Exposure with tools such as Jenkins, Harness, Ansible, Nexus, Artifactory, Docker, Terraform etc. Exposure with Cloud Technology (GCP preferably)

Ability to script and automate deployments where necessary. Be a team player and work well with the Application team. Ability to solve problems, do research and communicate with the team. Have experience working in the Release Management Team.  Good communication skills.
