How You Will Contribute:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration, delivery, and deployment.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance automation.
- Drive technical leadership by establishing best practices and architectural standards in DevOps solutions.
- Optimize infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and security.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Champion the adoption of modern DevOps tools, methodologies, and technologies organization-wide.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, tools, and systems.
The Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles.
- Expertise in modern DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure systems and integrate third-party tools effectively.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with Yocto Project for custom Linux distributions.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration at scale.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools like Tekton for advanced automation.
- Experience with Zabbix for infrastructure monitoring.
- Familiarity with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence) for collaboration and project management.
Pay Range: The annual pay range for this position is in Canada is $102,800.00 - $164,200.00.

Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
