We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to play a key role in shaping the infrastructure that powers our products and drives our growth.
In this high-impact position, you'll:
Accelerate innovation by improving deployment infrastructure to support rapid delivery of new features and products
Drive operational efficiency through DevOps best practices, automation, and intelligent cloud resource management
Ensure scalability and reliability of systems critical to customer experience and business continuity
Champion cloud-native technologies and contribute to modernising our infrastructure and development practices
Improve time-to-market with streamlined CI/CD pipelines and enhanced developer tooling
Strengthen security and compliance across our cloud environments and delivery processes
Enable smarter decisions through robust monitoring, logging, and observability tooling
Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, sharing knowledge and mentoring peers
This is more than a technical role. It's an opportunity to influence our platform's evolution and help shape engineering excellence across the company.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Deep expertise in Kubernetes and AWS – including EKS, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), and cloud-native architecture
Strong DevOps engineering experience – with a focus on automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational excellence
Delivery mindset – ability to execute on technical roadmap items and contribute to sprint outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Autonomous problem solver – high ownership, initiative, and a solutions-first approach
Collaborative team player – excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
Security-conscious mindset – understands the importance of secure-by-design infrastructure and compliance best practices
