We are building the future of patient engagement for life sciences companies. Our software is leveraged by biopharma companies to support patients in their complex journey from diagnosis to initiating and remaining on therapy to achieve optimal health outcomes.
About the role

- Work with engineering teams to understand their infrastructure needs, then build, test, and rollout solutions to the engineering organization.
- Implement and evangelize an observability platform, establishing best practices for metrics, monitoring, and SLIs/SLOs.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Build systems and processes to maintain high-quality security and compliance standards.
- Lead cross-functional squads of engineers to implement DevOps projects.
- Think one step ahead to identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks before they become critical.
- Consult with engineering teams to design secure, scalable, and reliable cloud systems.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership to plan and prioritize DevOps projects.
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
Example Projects

Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps experience, with at least 3 years of experience with AWS and Terraform.
- Experience implementing modern software engineering best practices, such as CI/CD, GitOps, shift-left testing, metrics/observability, code quality, and cloud environments.
- Experience implementing monitoring and alerting systems.
- Experience leading small teams of engineers to implement complex technical systems.
- Project management skills to ensure value is delivered iteratively and rolled out smoothly to the organization.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with Node.js services in production.
