We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who is passionate about Azure and Kubernetes, comfortable working with a diverse range of teams in different countries and who will be fully committed to the role with a previous record of going above and beyond to technical success. Our customer works in agile sprints to deliver software on technology stacks such as .Net, Vue.js, Nuxt and Kubernetes microservices. Communications tools include JIRA, Slack, Office365 and Microsoft Teams.
Required Skills:
- Experience of managing Azure cloud and related services, Terraform, Kubernetes and Helm charts
- Understanding of Azure infrastructure around AKS, networking, storage and compute
- Understanding of the Prometheus+Grafana stack, cloud logging systems, APMs and telemetry collection
- Experience with security subsystems and integrations with Azure Kubernetes Service
- Ability to work with the development teams to align application and Kubernetes and define areas of improvement where value is high and effort of change is low
Key responsibilities & duties include:
- Implementation of the DevOps codebase for the DispenSense platform
- Execute SRE activities for the DispenSense platform
- Support the Azure platform for DispenSense as we roll out to pharmacies across Ireland
Desirable skills:
- Experience with Jenkins and/or GitLab CI for CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with .Net core applications deployed into Kubernetes
- Experience with EntityFramework core
