As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will:
- Develop and maintain the company's DevOps strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with development team to implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, enabling faster and more reliable software releases.
- Automate and streamline deployment processes, minimizing manual intervention and improving system efficiency.
- Work with developers and other IT colleagues to oversee code releases.
- Use of various DevOps and automation tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- 2-4 years of DevOps experience
- Strong experience with git or other modern revision control system
- A comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts
- Excellent coding skills
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for ingenuity
- Extensive knowledge of the standard Software Development Lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze and solve increasingly complicated problems.
- Ability to understand requirements and solve technical issues with minimal supervision
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, Pull requests or other code review systems, Git/GitHub best practices
- Experience with secure engineering principles, security protocols and best practices
