Job DescriptionAs a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, automate, and govern the software delivery lifecycle of containerized applications deployed on OpenShift. The role combines CI/CD engineering, DevSecOps practices, platform automation, observability, and release governance to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant delivery of enterprise applications.
You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins and automate build, testing, quality, security, and deployment processes. You will also implement release governance and deployment approval workflows, maintain reusable pipeline templates, and support application lifecycle and release management activities.
Working closely with development teams, architects, security specialists, and operations teams, you will help industrialize application delivery and drive continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle. You will support the deployment and operation of applications on OpenShift, work with Helm charts and container configurations, and help optimize application scalability, resilience, and resource consumption.
Security and reliability will be central to your role. You will integrate security controls into delivery pipelines, contribute to vulnerability and dependency management, and ensure the traceability and reproducibility of software releases. You will also implement monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and observability solutions while supporting incident analysis and root cause investigations.
