About the role:
Responsible for guiding teams towards continuous integration and continuous deployment; hence, he must have extensive knowledge of the automation tools and their application like Gradle, Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet Enterprise, Nagios, Chef, and Ansible. The DevOps tackles our organization’s toughest technical problems and drives technical excellence at all levels, working with senior management to support the execution of the organization’s vision. The DevOps / Sr. Devops/ Lead Devops is a person who cares deeply about the technical side of operations and makes sure that everything is running smoothly for our applications. The ideal candidate understands technology deeply at both the server level and at the development level, comprehends the gaps, and is excited about filling those gaps and taking proactive steps to prevent application emergencies from ever happening.
Expectations/ Requirements:
· 3 years of overall experience.
· 3+ years of relevant experience in Devops.
· Linux OS/application installation and configuration.
· Shell/Bash/Python scripting.
· Experience in building, deploying and operating infrastructure and applications.
· Cloud experience: AWS (Azure/Google Cloud).
· Candidate Must have hands on exp on technologies like:
· Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Git, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipe, Docker, Kubernetes, Elastic search, LogStash, Kibana (ELK).
· Good to have knowledge of Weblogic, Tomcat servers, HA Proxy, Ngnix, Apache.
· Familiar with monitoring tools like Prometheus, AppDynamics, Graphana, Datadog, Zabbix.
· Understand the working atmosphere of SLA based environment.
· Must posses a good communication skills.

Skills Required
- 3 to 5 years of experience in DevOps Engineering
- Hands-on experience in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Kafka, EMR, Ranger, Spark, Hive, Starburst, Looker, TigerGraph, Neo4j)
- Strong practical knowledge of managing AWS infrastructure (EC2, Load Balancers, CloudFront, ElastiCache, EBS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Auto Scaling, Lambda)
- Understanding of open source server software (Tomcat, HBase, Kafka, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch)
- Experience with infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / EKS and container platforms (Docker, ECS)
- Hands-on scripting/automation using Shell, Python, PowerShell
- Strong experience with CI/CD and build tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle)
- Experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Git, Maven, Nexus, Docker
- Hands-on CI/CD automation for EC2 / ASG / EKS / ECS using Helm, Jenkins and related tools
- Experience in Configuration Management, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and Agile methodologies
