Job TitleSenior DevOps Engineer – Customer DataJob DescriptionEmpower the bank and our internal data customers by designing, building and bringing customer data products into production.
You & your roleAs a senior DevOps Engineer you ensure that our platforms, pipelines, and machine‑learning workloads run reliably, securely, and at scale. You build and improve CI/CD pipelines, automate cloud infrastructure, manage production environments, and embed observability and security into everything we deliver.
In the upcoming years we are building a new MDM platform for customer data using Informatica MDM (IDMC), a Saas Solutions that enables our data customers within the bank and the migration of the current Siebel environment towards Salesforce (the CRM modernization program), also a SaaS solution. Your work directly contributes to these transitions by supporting Customer 360, MDM, Integrations and our data environments. You work closely with data engineers, data scientists and other platform teams to bring customer data products, from data pipelines to ML models and APIs, safely and efficiently into production.

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data pipelines, ML workloads, APIs, and infrastructure deployments
- Automate infrastructure using IaC (Azure) across data and integration platforms
- Automate the Informatica MDM SaaS solution
- Manage environment configuration, secrets, networking rules, and identity controls
- Implement automated testing, security scanning, and deployment validation
- Ensure high platform resilience and reliability through monitoring, observability, and proactive incident prevention
- Support release processes across development, test, staging, and production
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and platform teams to ensure production readiness

You & your talent- 5+ years CI/CD tooling and deployment automation, including IaC on Azure.
- Proficiency automating SaaS platforms, specifically Informatica MDM (IDMC).
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks and Data Lake.
- Understanding of event streaming with Kafka or Event Hub and API deployments.
- Strong focus on reliability, security, and operational excellence in production.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for building resilient systems.
