Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
- Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace - Collaborate closely with software development teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-level issues in Spring Boot and Angular alongside infrastructure-level issues
- Collaborate with software development, security, and QA teams to automate and integrate security (DevSecOps) practices into the deployment lifecycle
- Troubleshoot complex build, deployment, and infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development, DevOps, Cloud Engineering role.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and deploying workloads on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
- 5+ years of experience writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
- Professional experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework (including building, configuring, and deploying microservices).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Experience managing database deployments and migrations in Azure (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB Atlas, MSSQL).
- Experience in network security in Azure (Virtual Networks, NSGs, Azure Firewall, VPNs).
- Experience scripting in languages such as PowerShell/Python
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Solid communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of mentoring team members

- Familiarity with leveraging generative AI coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot) to accelerate full-stack coding, scripting, and pipeline automation
- Exposure to AI/ML deployment pipelines
