This is a high-impact role within Hansen’s Chief Architect function, where you will shape and drive DevOps and platform engineering strategy across a global, multi-business-unit environment. You will play a critical role in defining how software is built, deployed, and operated across Hansen—driving improvements in delivery speed, quality, and reliability.
By owning the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), CI/CD standards, and tooling governance, you will directly influence developer productivity and enable consistent, scalable engineering practices across Hansen’s distributed teams.
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps & platform engineering with architecture exposure
- Proven experience in designing and delivering Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)
- Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, pipeline-as-code)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and cloud-native architecture
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with governance frameworks, standards, and enterprise environments
Define and evolve DevOps and platform engineering strategy across the organization
Design scalable and secure platform architectures supporting multiple business units
Lead the implementation and operation of Hansen’s Internal Developer Platform (IDP)
Establish CI/CD standards, reusable pipelines, and governance practices
Embed security, compliance, and quality checks into DevOps workflows
Drive adoption of DevOps tooling, standards, and best practices across teams
Monitor platform performance, metrics, and continuously improve delivery outcomes
Collaborate with architecture, product, and engineering teams to align platform capabilities
