Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Development Manager - Commercial Office to lead the development of our commercial office projects within the master development. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid background in commercial real estate development, who can drive projects from concept to completion while ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s overall vision and standards.
Responsibilities- Manage the full development lifecycle of commercial office projects, including planning, design, construction, and delivery.
- Develop and implement effective strategies that optimize project performance, profitability, and sustainability.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of development plans.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to guide project decisions and enhance commercial viability.
- Oversee budget management, scheduling, risk assessments, and quality control throughout all project phases.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on project milestones, budget status, and potential risks or opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to add value to Qiddiya’s commercial office portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in commercial real estate development, preferably with a focus on office spaces.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial office projects from inception to delivery.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, cost control, and feasibility analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of local regulatory environment and sustainability practices is desirable.
- Experience working in the Middle East region is a plus.
