About the Role:

 

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a focus on backend development to help shape the future of our platforms and internal applications. You will play a key role in developing scalable backend systems for process automation, internal tooling, and cloud-based platforms.

 

This position is ideal for someone passionate about cloud engineering, backend services, and workflow optimization, while also being comfortable working across the stack when needed.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and optimize cloud-based infrastructure and internal web applications to automate workflows and improve efficiency.

  • Design and implement scalable backend services that support real-time analytics and process automation.

  • Enhance and maintain cloud environments to ensure performance, security, and reliability.

  • Collaborate with a small, agile team of developers, a team lead, and a project manager to drive innovation.

  • Balance structured development with fast iterations, leading long-term projects while addressing ad hoc fixes.

  • Ensure high-quality, maintainable code through testing and documentation.

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

 

The skills & experience you'll need:

  • Strong backend development experience with a modern programming language (e.g. Python or TypeScript).

  • Some frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS) to contribute to full-stack development when needed.

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) is a strong plus.

  • Understanding of databases, APIs, and scalable architectures.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to optimizing workflows.
