We are looking for a Senior Developer – UX (x|f|m) for our IT Software Development & Innovations department.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• You will design excellent, user-friendly screens for various web applications and ensure a seamless and engaging user experience

• Develop designs for our intuitive, visually appealing UI component library that sets the standard for our web applications

• Working closely with our designers and development teams, you will ensure smooth integration of design concepts into functional web applications as well as branding compliance

• You will work in an agile product team with developers and product owners to refine and implement solutions and be responsible for the service you and your team provide

• You will conduct user research to understand the needs and behavior of our users in detail, translating the findings into effective UX designs that improve user satisfaction and engagement in our web applications

 What will convince us

• You have sound and demonstrable professional experience in the design of web-based applications and can present your work in a meaningful portfolio

• Good knowledge of Figma to create high-fidelity designs that are well received by users

• Deep understanding of HTML and CSS. Experience with React is a plus

• You understand and practice agile software development, are open to ideation as well as PoCs and drive solutions that add value for users

• You are characterized by a results-oriented mindset and are able to transform complex concepts into clear, understandable designs

• Fluency in English rounds off your profile
