Job DescriptionThe Senior Salesforce Developer role combines functional analysis, effort estimation, client relationship management, and mentoring of junior developers. This role is aimed at a bilingual (French/English) Senior Salesforce Developer.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As a Senior Salesforce Developer (M/F), you work on various Salesforce projects.
- Analyse user requirements and propose tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Estimate the effort required for the development of new features
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and present technical solutions
- Anticipate needs and risks to ensure the smooth running of projects
- Stay informed of new Salesforce features and updates to propose relevant improvements
- Mentor junior developers and support their professional development
- Facilitate technical workshops to share knowledge and best practices
- Communicate fluently in both French and English
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.
- In-depth knowledge of four Salesforce clouds.
- Proficiency in No Code configuration, including data model, layouts, Lightning Record Pages, flows, and user experiences (VR).
- Proficiency in Salesforce development using APEX, Visualforce, and LWC/LWR.
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs for integrating and interacting with other systems.
- Proficiency in at least two CI/CD tools, such as SFDX, CIDX, Gearset, Bitbucket, or Copado.
- Active technology watch to stay current on the latest trends and innovations in the Salesforce ecosystem.
