As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will design, develop, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise IT workflows and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with architects, business systems analysts, and stakeholders to implement high-quality solutions aligned with platform governance, best practices, and organizational standards. This is a hands-on role focused on development excellence, solution delivery, and continuous platform improvement.
How you’ll make an impact:
Design and develop ServiceNow solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development (Scoped Apps, workflows, integrations).
Configure and perform development on modules such as ITSM, ITOM, TPRM, and Employee Center Pro.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party systems.
Deliver high-quality, reusable, and scalable code aligned with platform standards.
Collaborate with architects and BSAs to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in technical design discussions, effort estimation, and solution reviews.
Ensure adherence to design standards, data models, and architecture guidelines.
Ensure compliance with platform security, performance, and upgrade readiness.
Support platform health initiatives including technical debt reduction and optimization.
Perform unit testing and support QA, UAT, and production deployments.
Participate in peer reviews and ensure code quality before release.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
Contribute to automation, AI-driven solutions, and modern ServiceNow capabilities.
What you’ll need (Required):
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
Hands-on experience with:
ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts
Integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist).
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or Employee Center.
