We are seeking a talented Generative AI Developer to join our dynamic team in Madrid. In this role, you will collaborate on use-case framing and deliver respective solutions, leveraging your expertise in analytical approaches, visualization, and storytelling.
The job is full-time and can be done remotely on a daily basis as well as on site at our office in Madrid.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
Collaborate on use-case framing and deliver rapid first-iteration solutions
Utilize analytical approaches, visualization, and storytelling to enhance domain knowledge and soft skills
Select and evaluate LLM systems using tools like Azure aI Foundry, Promptflow, LangSmith, etc.
Engineer reasoning, chaining, and workflow processes
Implement tracing and manage supporting AI resources
Build agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and production-ready applications using modern AI-orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Prompt Flow, etc.
Manage retrieval stack depth, including filters, hybrid search, embeddings management, and caching
What will convince us
A degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field of study is necessary
Strong experience in AI development, orchestration frameworks, or a related field is expected
Required is proficiency in modern AI-orchestration frameworks and building agentic workflows
Hands-on experience with LLM selection and evaluation systems is essential
Skills in reasoning, chaining, and workflow engineering are important
The ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively to a broad audience is crucial
Essential is fluency in English
