Position Overview and Objective
As a Senior Developer you will design and build modern, intelligent customer-facing experiences powered by AI, data, and automation. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, AI/ML engineers, and backend developers to deliver scalable, performant, and secure web applications that enhance customer engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.As a senior member of the engineering team, you will drive frontend architecture decisions, mentor developers,
establish engineering best practices, and contribute hands-on to the development of next-generation AI-powered experiences.
Responsibilities
Frontend Architecture & Development
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Define and implement frontend architecture, component libraries, design systems, and reusable UI patterns.
• Collaborate with backend and AI engineering teams to integrate APIs, AI services, and real-time data experiences.
AI-Powered Customer Experiences
• Develop interfaces for AI-driven customer engagement capabilities such as conversational assistants,
recommendations, personalized experiences, and workflow automation.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive and trustworthy user experiences.
• Ensure transparency, usability, and reliability in AI-enabled interactions.
Technical Leadership
• Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers.
• Drive code quality through design reviews, pair programming, and engineering best practices.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, technical strategy, and engineering standards.
Quality, Performance & Security
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Experience & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building complex, enterprise-grade web applications.
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management, component design, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and modern backend services.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and clean code practices.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI-powered or conversational user experiences.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI applications, and AI product development.
