What You Will Do:
- Intune Adoption: Lead the adoption of Intune for endpoint management, leveraging its capabilities to enhance security, efficiency, and compliance.
- Autopilot Implementation: Develop and maintain Autopilot implementation within the Allegion environment, enabling seamless device provisioning and management.
- Windows Update for Business & Autopatch: Drive the adoption of Windows Update for Business and Autopatch to ensure timely delivery of critical security updates.
- Windows Virtual Desktop & Windows 365: Promote the adoption of Windows Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 to deliver scalable and secure desktop environments.
- Intune Configuration: Maintain and optimize Intune configuration profiles to enforce security policies, manage applications, and streamline device settings.
- Cloud Adoption: Continuously explore and implement new Intune features and capabilities to improve endpoint management and leverage cloud-based solutions.
- PowerShell Scripting: Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts for automating endpoint management tasks, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance.
- Power BI Reporting: Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide valuable insights into endpoint health, security posture, and compliance metrics.
- Cross-Platform Automation: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop cross-platform automation solutions, ensuring consistent management of diverse devices.
- Compliance Remediation: Develop PowerShell-based automation scripts to remediate compliance issues, ensuring adherence to security standards.
- Cloud PC Provisioning: Manage the provisioning and management of Cloud PCs, leveraging Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 infrastructure.
- Technology Evaluation: Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends, evaluating new features and capabilities for potential adoption.
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain and upgrade the current SCCM infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Software Update Deployment: Manage and optimize the software update deployment process, ensuring timely delivery of patches and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in SCCM (MECM) and Intune (MEMAC) administration.
- 4-5 years of experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Azure platform.
- Proven ability to drive technical projects and initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Windows Configuration Designer (WCD).
- Knowledge of SSRS and SCCM reporting.
- Experience with third-party patch management solutions.
- Certifications in Microsoft Endpoint Manager or related technologies.
