Responsible for ensuring complete and timely resolution of Client Services desktop engineering issues. This position will be responsible for packaging, testing and deploying of applications, drivers, firmware and software. Responsible for test lab setup and maintenance. Providing 3rd level escalation support to the desktop support team. Technical lead on enterprise project. The incumbent will be supporting hardware, software and mobile devices in a clinical environment using tools such as SCCM, MDM and scripting languages. Assist with interviewing and the hiring process. Performs ticket analysis and review.
QualificationsRequires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through the completion of an Associate’s Degree or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or closely related field) or 7 to 9 years of previous work related experience. Requires analytical ability to collect information from and apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems
