Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Designer to own and lead design — across product, brand, and storytelling.
This is a highly hands-on role. You will be responsible for both setting direction and executing design work across product and marketing.
You’ll work closely with an existing designer — designing alongside them while raising the quality bar and ensuring consistency across product and brand.
You will not be managing a full team initially. Instead, you will operate as a lead individual contributor, owning design output end-to-end while setting the standard for how it looks, feels, and communicates.
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Pay: ₦700,000.00 - ₦900,000.00 per month
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate started their career as a brand designer (static + motion) and has evolved into working on product-led, B2B companies.
They understand that great design is not just about aesthetics — but about clarity, usability, and trust.
They are comfortable operating as the most senior design voice, while still being deeply hands-on in execution.
What You’ll Do
1. Brand Leadership
Own and evolve gamp’s visual identity across all touchpoints
Define and enforce brand standards across marketing, product communication, and sales materials
Design and build scalable design systems, templates, and guidelines
Translate brand strategy into high-quality visual execution
2. Product Experience & Design
Design and lead key product surfaces (dashboards, flows, and user interactions)
Work closely with the product designer to improve usability and consistency across the product
Improve product clarity through strong visual and interaction design
Partner with product and engineering to ship user-facing features
Ensure consistency between product experience and brand expression
3. Motion & Product Storytelling
Use motion to improve both product understanding and in-product experience
Design and produce product explainers, feature walkthroughs, and campaign visuals
Animate UI elements, diagrams, and workflows to simplify technical concepts
Help users and buyers understand our product quickly and clearly
4. Creative Direction & Collaboration
Set visual direction for campaigns, launches, and product communication
Partner with marketing, growth, and product teams on high-impact initiatives
Contribute to creative concepts and push for clarity and quality
Execute high-quality design work alongside setting direction
Act as the primary design voice across the company
What We’re Looking For
5+ years experience in brand, visual, product, or motion design
Strong foundation in brand design (static and motion)
Experience working in B2B or product-led companies
Experience contributing to product design or user-facing digital experiences
A strong portfolio showing:
brand systems and visual identity work
product or UX-related design
motion/animation work
Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, clear visual and product experiences
High taste level and strong attention to detail
Ability to think in systems — across brand, product, and user experience
Strong ability to execute at a high level while leading design direction
Strong communication and collaboration skills
