Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Senior Designer who will be a creative powerhouse, ideating and delivering high-impact brand, editorial, and marketing work across social and digital platforms. With a strong focus on graphic design craft, you’ll help shape compelling visual narratives that resonate with diverse and culture-driven audiences.

Role: 

• Act as the design authority for a leading video streaming service, shaping and maintaining brand ethos with a relentless eye for craft at every touchpoint.
• Conceptualise and deliver social, digital, and platform-native campaigns from idea to execution.
• Create and produce dynamic content across static, video, motion, animation, AR filters, and GenAI-powered formats.
• Define and evolve a Digital Playbook, establishing look & feel, design principles, and a scalable visual identity system adopted across multiple APAC markets.
• Champion the user mindset (creators, viewers, fans), grounding design decisions in user behaviour and insights.
• Confidently sell in design thinking and creative rationale to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Content Strategists, and cross-functional partners, while owning projects as a high-performing individual contributor.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a creative studio, agency, or in-house environment, with a strong focus on branding, social-first design, and graphic design.
• Proven experience creating AR filters and interactive content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Spark AR, Effect House, or Lens Studio.
• Deep curiosity about creative technology, with a strong interest in AI and emerging tools.
• Proven experience leading original work and localisation projects, ideally across regional or APAC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of pop culture, fandoms, and diverse communities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
