We’re looking for a senior designer with a versatile set of skills, styles and a proven track record of creating disruptive, edgy and energetic work that smacks consumers in the face with style and seduces them with substance.
You’ll have aspirations to grow as the team grows, and a potential drive for leading, managing and collaborating with our small team down the track. You’ll also help the agency stay up to date with the latest design trends, software, tools and skills beyond the expected Adobe Suite. You will oversee the development and execution of creative concepts, designs, and decks across our cultural pillars including gaming, music, culinary, fashion and of course, sport.
The ideal candidate will have :
- A “playmaker” mindset, willing to experiment, have fun and work in an environment full of passionate, collaborate and creative minds
- Experience in all the usual executional formats including digital, social, static, film, deck design, and (Ideally) animation and 3D graphics. You can bring more skills to the table than just static design.
- A solid grasp of image generation & the ability to get the best out of ai software like Midjourney, using detailed and accurate prompts.
- A natural curiosity of culture including market trends, subcultures that resonate with target consumer. And the ability to design beautiful assets that resonate with them.
- Strong communication skills to convey ideas, concepts, and design directions effectively
- The ability to work and adapt within a fast-paced environment, to work at speed and with passion
- The creative vision to tell stories through visuals, and a desire to influence how the work comes to life, leveraging an in depth understanding and connection to the continually evolving cultural landscapes and consumers around us.
- Ideally a love of, or interest in sport, gaming, fashion, tech, entertainment and culture in general
