Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Develop and deliver user personas, user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure design solutions meet user needs and business objectives.
Analyze user feedback, behavior, and analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive design enhancements.
Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and guidelines across all user interfaces.
Facilitate design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality design outcomes.
Stay current with UX design trends and best practices, recommending and implementing new approaches as appropriate.
Mentor junior UX designers and support their professional development.
