About The Role 🤔:

Creativity and speed go hand in hand when it comes to growth, and we need a designer who thrives in both. As our Senior Designer - Growth, you’ll lead high-velocity creative production across advertising, B2B partnerships, and social channels while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

This role is more than just designing, it's about scaling creative impact! You’ll optimise workflows, streamline production processes, and oversee both internal and external creative resources to ensure every asset drives measurable business outcomes.

You'll Be Empowered To 🎮:

• Lead high-volume creative production, delivering static, video, and test variant assets for paid ads, game partnerships, and social channels
• Optimise and refine creative workflows, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and turnaround times remain efficient
• Manage external contractors and agencies, scaling asset production without compromising brand integrity or creative excellence
• Establish creative playbooks and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all deliverables
• Measure and analyse creative performance, using data-driven insights to iterate and improve asset effectiveness

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:

• Proven experience in high-output design roles
• Strong operational and process-driven mindset, ensuring creative production is scalable and efficient
• Expertise in creative direction and quality control across multiple formats (static, video, motion)
• Ability to collaborate across marketing, and product teams to align creative efforts with business goals
• Experience working with external contractors and agencies to expand production capacity
• A data-driven approach to creative decision-making, understanding asset performance and iteration strategies
