Job DescriptionTurn ideas into reality. Globally.
At Electrolux we have a greater purpose than launching the latest product or technology. We want to improve the everyday lives of millions in a sustainable way. But to keep doing so, we need more people who want to innovate and re-imagine what life at home can be.
We are looking for a senior designer with a focus on digital product design to join our Taste team, where we create connected experiences for smart kitchen appliances. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with designers, developers, researchers, and product managers to drive user-centred design and deliver high-quality connected experiences for users around the world.
Historically, the appliance industry has been all about hardware. In this role, you will help shape the future of the smart kitchen by combining software and hardware to create meaningful, data-driven experiences for consumers worldwide.
We employ great people from a wide variety of backgrounds because we believe that diverse perspectives make our business stronger and more innovative. If you share our values, come find your place in our global community.

Responsibilities
Design for the end-to-end cooking experience across touchpoints, with a primary focus on the mobile app experience and how it connects with the appliance UI, voice, and other connected interfaces.
Design software products from concept to implementation, including high-quality mobile UX, with attention to hierarchy, accessibility, layout, and navigation.
Use data, insights, and research to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience across touchpoints.
Bring concepts to life with low- and high-fidelity prototypes (and know when a simple sketch will suffice).
Drive collaboration across the design process and broader organization by leading co-creation sessions, workshops, and structured design reviews, building alignment, shared ownership, and effective decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Work with and evolve the Electrolux Group design system and pattern library.
Build strong relationships with designers of different disciplines across the global Electrolux organization.
