All about the role:
We're looking for a Content Designer / UX writer to join the Digital Experience team. Digital Experience designs content for appliances and the apps that control them, like washing machines, robot vacuums, air purifiers, and ovens.
This role focus on core experience, such as connecting appliances, account management, onboarding, and other content that’s shared across all appliances. You’ll design content for mobile UIs, as part of cross-functional, agile development teams in Kuala Lumpur and Stockholm.

A Typical Day
- Design excellent content experiences. This includes, but is not limited to, information architecture, UI microcopy and copy, instructional content, naming conventions, and other elements of the end-to-end user experience.
- Manage your content and translations in Figma and our CMS. Ensure content is translated in time for biweekly releases.
- Work with stakeholders outside of Digital Experience to ensure a coherent, consistent customer journey. For example, Marketing, Post-Purchase, R&D, and Brand.
- Collaborate with your design, research, product and engineering peers to solve problems.
- Contribute to our design system, regularly adding to our global glossary and creating guidelines and patterns.
- Use data, insights, and research to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience across touchpoints.
Who You Are?
- Champion designs and language that are accessible, scalable, and culturally-aware.
- Are experienced with localization and accessibility best practices.
- Can articulate your design rationale to anyone.
- Engage in constructive design critique with designers and stakeholders.
- Use empathy, logic, quantitative data, and qualitative insights to evaluate and improve content.
- Are self-driven and organized, with a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Are comfortable prioritizing multiple teams and requests, with assistance from your design lead.
- Are comfortable with organizational ambiguity and change.
- Always interact with integrity and honesty.
Required
- 5+ years of experience writing content for web/mobile products.
- Solid understanding of mobile UX design principles and interaction patterns.
- Ability to design simple screens and flows using a design system is a plus.
- Fluent in spoken and written English. (English is our source language and working language).
- Experience with content management systems, such as Phrase.
- Experience with design tools, such as Figma.
- An online portfolio, or PDF, that shows a range of your work.
