Senior Designer - AI Creative & Content Production

An enterprise client is seeking a Senior Designer with strong AI creative expertise to support a content production team on a project basis. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can conceptualize ideas, create high-quality visual assets, and leverage the latest AI tools to produce exceptional creative work. While creative direction will be provided, the selected freelancer should be able to independently execute concepts and maximize AI-generated outputs through expert prompting.

For this project, the selected candidate will:
● Develop creative concepts and visual designs for content production initiatives.
● Use AI tools to generate, refine, and enhance creative assets.
● Write effective prompts to achieve high-quality AI-generated imagery and video.
● Produce and polish creative deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite.
● Collaborate with the creative team to execute projects efficiently while maintaining a high design standard.
● Iterate on creative assets based on feedback and project requirements.

Ideal candidates will have:
● Extensive experience as a Senior Designer or Art Director with a strong portfolio.
● Expert-level prompting skills and hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Kling, Magnific, Veo 3, and similar platforms.
● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
● Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
● A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Experience working in fast-paced creative or content production environments.

This is a project-based engagement. The initial engagement is expected to run for approximately two months starting August through September, with the potential to extend into a longer-term project beginning in January 2027. The freelancer should be available to work onsite three days per week (Monday through Wednesday) from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
