JOB TITLE: Senior Design Project Manager
LOCATION: Remote/WFH

JOB DESCRIPTIONiParametrics is seeking an experienced Senior Design Project Manager for an exciting opportunity with a leading firm recognized for its award-winning architecture, engineering, planning, construction management, and environmental services. Our client has been delivering professional solutions to clients throughout the U.S. and globally for nearly 60 years. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience managing engineering projects in the chemicals, oil and gas, pulp and paper, or power generation markets. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and growing industrial team, working on multidisciplinary projects across various markets and geographies. While the Atlanta area is preferred, relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial understanding of project controls.
- Familiarity with scope of work development, writing, and execution.
- Working knowledge of large capital expenditure planning and execution.
- Creating and managing project budgets.
- Minimal contract language review.
- Basic use of scheduling tools.
- Developing and implementing organization and responsibility matrices for each project.
- Understanding and implementing client expectations for design completeness and quality.
- Developing plans and specifications to convey construction scope of work.
- Coordinating requirements between design disciplines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering + 10 years of experience.
- PMP certification will have special consideration.
- Professional Engineer Registration will have special consideration.
- Proficiency with relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Ability to work well within a team environment, maintain a positive attitude, multi-task, and produce high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills with internal and external team members in person and on various communication platforms.
- Desire to learn and grow professionally.
BENEFITS & COMPENSATIONAs a W2 employee of iParametrics, team members are eligible for benefits such as medical, dental and vision, and the company matching 401K plan, subject to plan terms and applicable waiting periods.
