The Opportunity
As a Senior Design Engineer, you won’t just be designing systems; you’ll be of defining innovative solutions in the Energy Transition. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing technical leadership, mentoring talent, and overseeing project schedules from concept to commissioning.

What We’re Looking For
- Specialized Expertise: A minimum of 10–12 years of experience in the design of secondary systems for High Voltage Substations is essential. Your deep knowledge of HV substation protection principles will be the key to our success.
- Technical Leadership: Proven ability to manage project scopes, lead engineering teams, and deliver under tight constraints.
- Qualifications: A degree in Electrical or Control Engineering from an accredited university. Those with RPEQ and RPEV certification or eligible to apply for the same will be highly considered.
- LEAN Advocate: A natural problem-solver who utilizes tools like RCAs, 5 WHYs, and PSRs to improve processes.
- Business Acumen: Experience with project management tools, resource planning, and financial oversight.
