Job Description:
We’re looking for a Senior Digital IC Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team and play a key role in shaping next‑generation Touch Controller silicon.
This is a hands‑on role offering real ownership across the full ASIC lifecycle, from early architecture through RTL design, verification, and silicon bring‑up. You’ll work alongside a highly collaborative team, contributing both deep technical expertise and leadership to deliver high-quality, innovative products.
What You’ll Be DoingDefine and influence architecture, specifications, and IP design for Touch Controller products
Take ownership of RTL design and verification at both IP and product level
Drive end-to-end design execution, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams
Lead and contribute to design reviews, documentation, and quality improvements
Support silicon validation, production, and customer debug, including failure analysis
Collaborate closely with firmware, systems, and applications teams
Contribute to improving design methodologies, flows, and best practices
Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the team
Requirements/Qualifications:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
5+ years’ experience in digital IC / chip-level design
Strong experience across the full design flow:
Architecture & specification
RTL design (Verilog/SystemVerilog)
Verification
Tape-out / streamout
Proven ability to own features or subsystems end-to-end
Experience leading projects, mentoring engineers, or coordinating across teams
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines
