About the Role
As a Senior Learning Design and Delivery Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support the creation and design of innovative learning experiences spanning across all learning programs and audiences. Specifically, your focus will be to:
- Lead the coordination and execution of the design & delivery learning cycle to support the creation of engaging & impactful learning experiences
- Facilitate live sessions and workshops across the organization ensuring an engaging and effective learning environment for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and continuously improve program content to support employee growth & development aligned to critical business priorities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning experience to measure impact
- Manage and track learner engagement using analytics and feedback to enhance participation and learning outcomes.

- Project Management: Skill in developing, planning, organizing, and executing operational tasks and learning projects, ensuring timelines, resource allocation, and successful completion within set parameters.
- Content Management: Skill in organizing, curating, and maintaining learning materials within systems and platforms, ensuring accessibility, relevance, and ease of use for learners.
- Instructional Design: Ability to develop learning content aligned with instructional design principles and adult learning theories, focusing on engaging, effective, and outcome-oriented learning experiences.
- Data Analytics: Skill in assessing the success and effectiveness of learning initiatives using various evaluation methodologies to drive improvements.
Learning & Event Management: Skill in organizing and overseeing learning events (utilizing Workday Learning), ensuring successful execution, engagement, and achievement of set objectives.
