The Depositary Officer will support the teams in Luxembourg and in our branches, responsible for oversight, administration and technical support.

Job specification
•    Calculation of Depositary fees and further support in the billing process;
•    Support in verifying the ownership of the assets of the funds that are not held in custody and are defined as “Other Assets/Alternative Assets”;
•    Support in the daily Cash Flow Monitoring on all relevant cash flows;
•    Support in the control activities in the Depositary Oversight for both, UCITS and Non-UCITS Funds;
•    Maintenance of ongoing reports, e. g. on Key Performance indicators.

Skills Required
•    A degree in Finance or Business Administration and/or experience in the financial sector, preferably a Bank, Fund Administration company, Audit Firm or similar, whereby we are happy to give job starters a chance;
•    Knowledge of quality control techniques/procedures and understanding of the business, product range and operational processes;
•    An autonomous and solution-oriented working style:
•    Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level as minimum).
