About the Role 🤔

As a senior member of the Quad Lock Supply Chain team, the Senior Demand Planner will ensure in-stock availability within defined working capital parameters across DTC, Retail, and Wholesale channels for their designated region.

Utilising the Logility Platform, the Senior Demand Planner will lead the demand planning process by collaborating with B2B Key Account Managers and marketing teams to develop accurate monthly forecasts by country, channel, and customer.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, they will play a critical role in the S&OP process, coordinating cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product development, finance, and logistics) to achieve forecast accuracy and in-stock availability targets.

What You'll Do 🌏

• Ensure ongoing compliance with OHS policies and procedures
• Utilize the Logility platform to review, revise, and present short, medium, and long-term demand forecasts to the S&OP forum for approval, developing demand plans for various time horizons and customer channels.
• Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to refine demand forecasts for B2B customers in the region.
• Maintain accurate master data fields in Logility to ensure reliable system forecasts.
• Analyse historical sales trends and demand drivers to prepare and evaluate forecast data against sales and inventory metrics.
• Maintain forecast accuracy by gathering updated sales and marketing insights, especially for significant events like BFCM, onboarding of key accounts, and supplier stock issues.
• Provide forecasts to factories for production capacity, assist with raw material planning, and optimise tooling utilisation.
• Deliver short and medium term volume forecasts to logistics teams and 3PL warehouses for effective labour and capacity planning.
• Ensure optimal inventory cover within distribution centres in the region.
• Optimise the monthly supply plan, ensuring global inventory cover and effective working capital usage.
• Minimise airfreight use by leveraging Logility alerts and analytics for proactive decision-making.
• Mentor and develop junior demand and supply planners within the team and across the supply chain.
• Provide insights and analysis to the Head of Supply Chain and broader business as needed.
• Continuously optimise and develop the Logility platform to maximize its capabilities for Quad Lock.

What You'll Bring 🤝

• Significant experience working as a Demand & Supply Planner within a retail/wholesale environment, preferably with a global footprint.
• Analytically minded with good root cause analysis and decision-making skills
• Detailed knowledge of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, supply planning and the flow on impact to stock availability and working capital
• Mutli-region, multiple channel (e-commerce & wholesale) experience in supply chain
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/G-Suite and experience using a Supply Chain Planning System (Logility) and Enterprise Resourcing Planning system (NetSuite), are advantageous
• Ability to write and analyse forecast analysis and inventory planning reports, providing recommendations/opportunities for improvement to key stakeholders
• Authentic team player and able to easily collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
• Tertiary qualifications within business management, logistics, or a related field (preferred)
