Kaleris is a private equity-backed software firm focused on supply chain optimization, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We are a global leader in the supply chain execution market, focused on accelerating the transformation of digital supply chain for industrial and finished goods shippers and carriers by combining best-in-class solutions for challenges tied to yard management, shipment visibility, and asset management, across rail, truck, and multi-mode transportation.

We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to lead strategic initiatives that generate and accelerate pipeline. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Kaleris is looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Sr. Demand Generation Specialist to help execute and optimize marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and pipeline for our sales teams. You’ll play a key role in running tactical programs across email, digital advertising, content promotion, and events.

Responsibilities 

  • Strategize and execute targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads across key verticals
  • Drive campaign initiatives in collaborative partnerships throughout the combined marketing team to ensure a consistent campaign ecosystem
  • Monitor campaign performance and measure ROI on paid investments
  • Report on key monthly KPIs such as MQLs, conversions, and run those against pipeline revenue targets to determine tactical plans to improve lead conversions and engagement
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment on follow-up strategy
  • Play a role in managing the marketing activity content calendar to ensure demand gen campaigns are happening for all critical Go-to-market initiatives
  • Build campaign assets including emails, landing pages, forms, and tracking links using HubSpot

Requirements 

  • 5-7 + years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • HubSpot certification preferred
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as 6sense, Chili Piper, Canva, Monday.com
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • A strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Comfort working with data, campaign metrics, and reporting tools
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel or data visualization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in Adobe – Photoshop and/or InDesign, is a plus.
