Your Impact  

 

We are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to help develop, execute and optimize inbound and outbound campaign strategy designed to create full funnel leads for PTC Kepware software. As part of a dynamic and fast-paced shared services marketing team, youll have the opportunity to shape programs aimed at building our brand and driving demand for our Kepware business that serve various engineering industries. Creating brand awareness and customer interest Kepware, youll be a key player in driving the success of our Kepware business.  

 

 

Day-To-Day: 

  • Collaborate with the cross-functional marketing team to design, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns, including email, PPC, social media, ABM, third-party content syndication, podcasts and virtual events. 

  • Work closely with product marketing and content teams to identify and develop new content that aligns with demand generation themes and supports campaign objectives. 

  • Partner with the SEO and web teams to drive lead generation and boost brand awareness through keyword research, content creation, technical SEO optimization, and link-building strategies to attract qualified organic traffic. 

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular performance reports and quarterly readouts to key stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate with sales to review ongoing campaign tactics and gather feedback on lead quality to enhance campaign effectiveness. 

  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing e-commerce sales strategies, including online chat enhancements, targeted email campaigns, and website optimization. 

  • Improve website chat functionality and sequences to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates. 

  • Localize central marketing campaigns to maximize global conversion rates through preferred distributors. 

 

Preferred Skills and Knowledge: 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Strong track record of consistently meeting deadlines with high-quality work. 

 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Proven experience in software companies. 

  • Experience creating and delivering presentations for executive-level audiences. 

  • Background in e-commerce, with a focus on driving online performance. 

  • Hands-on experience deploying email campaigns, conducting optimization testing, and managing PPC strategies. 

  • Experience working with third-party media, distributors, and channel partners. 

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking performance and generating insights. 

  • Experience using Salesforce and Qlik for CRM and data analysis. 

  • Familiarity with marketing technologies such as 6Sense, Motiva AI, and PathFactory is highly desirable. 

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree 

  • 3-5 years experience in marketing or demand generation
