The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Demand Generation Specialist to join our Demand Generation team. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative demand-generation strategies that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on goals and ensure effective lead nurturing and conversion. This role will be reporting directly to our Director of Demand Generation.
This is a hybrid position in South Jordan, Utah (M, W, F in-office).
What You’ll Do:
- Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies, including account-based marketing (ABM), Paid Social, content marketing,, and other paid advertising channels.
- Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation tactics, such as webinars, whitepapers, and email campaigns, to attract and convert high-quality leads.
- Campaign Management: Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to automate lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation processes.
- Website Strategy: Focus on website performance metrics, including management of SEO and conversion rate optimization.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, content, and insights to engage with prospects and close deals effectively.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and optimize future strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand-generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (HubSpot) & CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Collaborating with creative, sales, and product marketing teams to develop and deliver a portfolio of multi-channel, marketing programs that could include email, webinars, direct mail, social media, paid media, and in-app.
- Establishing strong partnerships and productive feedback loops with key leaders across sales, marketing, and customer success groups.
- Knowledgeable of leading search engine analysis software such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong experience in SEO and website strategy
- Mastery of the following acquisition channels: Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (Facebook, LinkedIn), SEO, CRO, Display & Remarketing.
- Experience with marketing automation & CRM tools (eg Hubspot, Salesforce, Unbounce).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making orientation.
- Experience owning specific campaigns from start to finish.

Interviewing @ Canopy:
We know application processes can be a little stressful. Here are the stages of a typical interview process:
- Once your application is received, we will review it and get back to you if we feel like it’s a mutual fit!
- 20-minute phone call with the People Team
- 45-60-minute video or in-person interview with the Hiring Manager
- 1-3 rounds of interviews, depending on the role
- Final Interview
