Overview of the position

We are hiring our first dedicated Demand Generation Manager in the US — a foundational role for a senior demand gen operator who wants to build upon our already strong presence in the region. You will own the US demand engine end-to-end: strategy, planning, execution, and measurement — with account-based marketing (ABM) as the flagship motion.

This is a hands-on role. You will be partnering with the wider demand gen team plus; product marketing, content, digital, sales, and RevOps to design and run programs that create qualified pipeline across our two product lines with respective ACVs of ~€100K and ~€30K in our largest market. It is the kind of role where, 18 months in, you should be able to point at the US pipeline and say, “I built that.”

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Demand generation strategy, initiatives and execution:
  • Own the US demand generation plan — set goals, design the channel mix, and run integrated campaigns that align to pipeline and revenue targets across EHS and Product Intelligence.
  • Partner closely with US Sales and BDR leadership on target accounts, account plans, and orchestrated outreach — treating sales as a co-owner of pipeline, not an internal customer.
  • Build and run our ABM program across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many tiers, targeting Global Fortune 500 enterprises and the personas that matter most: VP / Head of Regulatory Affairs, General Counsel / VP Corporate Affairs, and VP / Global Director of EHS.
  • Tracking and analyzing key metrics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation programs, including attribution analysis to understand which marketing tactics, assets, channels and messages work the best for each persona type.
  • Design and execute integrated campaigns spanning paid media, content syndication, webinars, executive roundtables, direct mail, email, SEO/SEM, and field marketing.
  • Report on the measurement framework for your region and campaigns: funnel metrics, account engagement, pipeline, CAC payback, and program ROI — reported monthly to the leadership team.
  • Operationalize the marketing tech stack (Hubspot, ABM platform, intent data) and make the tools earn their keep.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Proven track record for demand generation in B2B SaaS.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on demand generation, ABM, marketing transformation, implementation of new initiatives, channels and technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing toolsincluding HubSpot, ABM tools, content management system (CMS) and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience with data analysisreporting, and KPI tracking.
  • Strong project management/execution skills with highly structured approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter and highly proactive individual who can take ownership and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in demand planning and budget management for your area of the business.
Salary Range
$110,000$145,000 USD
