Key Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Build and execute ABX programs in partnership with Sales /xDR teams that leverage multiple channels. Set strategy, drive alignment, and build cross-functional processes to execute and measure performance. 
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns, focusing on measurable pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment on targets, lead management processes, and campaign outcomes.
  • Manage marketing efforts throughout the customer journey, leveraging tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other ABM platforms.
  • Drive organic traffic growth through SEO initiatives and manage paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Optimize landing pages, website content, and online touchpoints to enhance lead capture and conversion rates.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Coordinate with corporate and product marketing teams to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences and supports overall company goals.
  • Effectively manage budgets, optimizing targeting, creative assets, and media spend for maximum impact.

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing for SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute integrated campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Expertise in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools.
  • Proficiency in key MarTech tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense) and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on and solve problems creatively.
  • Experience working with B2B consultative sales teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals.
  • Passion for vertical SaaS or industries like commercial contracting or construction is a plus.
