As the Senior Demand Generation Manager for EMEA at Clio, you’ll be part of a team that values excellence and initiative, loves testing, and cares about results. Our wider Marketing team is geographically distributed across Ireland, the UK, Canada, the US, and Australia, which means we excel with async, video, and Slack communication to collaborate effectively. We value initiative, excellence, experimentation, and care about results.
Who you are:
You are an experienced demand generation marketer with a proven track record of strategising as well as implementing, and executing data-driven marketing programs that achieve ambitious targets. You also have strong collaboration skills and are able to work cross-functionally to execute programs. You're known for being able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear set of priorities. You’re also not afraid of a challenge and are excited about the opportunity to help Clio reach a new level of growth while accelerating your professional development and expanding your skill set.
The Marketing team is a high-profile part of our EMEA org, the biggest driver of Clio’s lead generation machine. We lead strategic campaigns and initiatives that attract, engage, and convert target segments in the legal industry.
What you’ll work on:

Develop Clio’s growth strategy for solo, small, and mid-sized law firms in EMEA, identifying marketing opportunities that can unlock exponential growth;

Launch and optimize demand campaigns that drive awareness and interest in Clio;

Analyze all aspects of Clio’s marketing funnel, identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities;

Partner closely with the marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to monitor metrics, gather feedback, and achieve results, adjusting programs as needed to meet goals;

Work closely with Law Society partners in the legal industry to build strong relationships, and collaborative marketing initiatives;

Deeply understand the audiences in your segment and share insights across the team;

Maintain scalable end-to-end programs, designed with specific goals based on the business segment.
What you should have:

5 - 7 years of experience in a fast-paced, growth marketing focused organisation;

Excellent analytical skills and experience measuring data-driven marketing programs;
-
Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and achieving KPIs like MQL volume, opportunity generation, and pipeline velocity.

Ability to plan, organise, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines;
-
Strong communication, presentation, project management, and writing skills;
-
Flexibility and adaptability to change.
Serious bonus points if you:

Experience in high-velocity B2B SaaS

Legal industry knowledge and/or experience

Experience using tools like Salesforce, Asana and Dreamdata to measure, track and optimize campaign performance.

The full salary range* for this role is €66,300 to €78,000 to €89,700 EUR. Please note there is a separate band for those in the San Francisco / Bay Area. For those outside the United States, there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions.. In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.
*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
