What you will do
Define and execute regional strategy across Europe, aligning with global business objectives and growth targets.
Hold full accountability for regional prospecting, opportunity conversions, and pursuit consumption choice
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities via OVR process across all SBUs and sustainment; build and maintain a strong pipeline to drive sustainable revenue expansion.
Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with customers, partners, government entities, and strategic stakeholders to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Support the Strategy Development team in exploring market entry and expansion strategies and established markets, leveraging local insights and competitive intelligence.
Foster a results-driven and collaborative culture across geographies.
Act as the senior regional representative of the organization, leading executive engagements, negotiations, and high-value deal closures.
Ensure effective execution of business operations, governance, compliance, and risk management across diverse regulatory environments.
Collaborate with SBUs and central functions to ensure seamless execution of regional initiatives.
Build and leverage strategic partnerships, distributors, and local networks to enhance market presence and delivery capability.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and geopolitical factors to inform Strategy Development team and maintain a strong competitive edge.
Provide regular performance updates, strategic insights, and recommendations to senior leadership

Experience & Skills
Proven success as a Business Development Manager, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets.
A background working directly with defence contracts and clients, professional knowledge of defence and industry landscape.
Customer-focused professional with a consultative approach to identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with demonstrated expertise in managing and leading complex sales cycles.
Highly analytical, with the ability to forecast accurately, monitor performance, and provide data-driven insights.
Experienced in financial and project management, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of business objectives.
Experience working across Europe with EU clients
UK based with current working status
Ability to travel up to 25% when required
Certifications
BS/BA degree in a Business or equivalent experience
