Job Title: Senior Debt Advisor
Location: This position is onsite in Irvine, CA.
Employment Type: Full-time Exempt
Pay Range: $170,000.00-$200,000.00
Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
Key Responsibilities:
Utilizing advanced financial analysis to assess clients' financial positions and recommend tailored debt management strategies, leading negotiations with lenders to secure favorable terms, conducting thorough risk assessments, overseeing due diligence processes, staying updated on market trends, mentoring junior staff, fostering client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and preparing performance reports for management and clients. Employer accepts master's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Qualifications:
Master’s in Information technology, Business Administration, or a related field (foreign equivalent degrees accepted) plus 5 years of experience in the job offered. Prior experience must include implementing strategic management initiatives and streamlining operations, strong interpersonal skills, deep understanding of financial tools and concepts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other related business or money management tools desired.
