Job Description
Accounts Payable - the primary mission of Accounts Payable is to ensure accurate disbursement of payments to Rockwell vendors that is compliant with regulatory requirements, and Rockwell procedures.
Accounts Payable supports Global Finance Operations' mission by commitment to provide world class process, which is efficient, reliable and delivered.
We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Debit Balance Analyst to our team in Katowice.
Your Responsibilities:
- Run and review of the debit balance report on a monthly basis
- Prepare report data and delivery of its comparison to the previous month
- Review balances on accounts with vendors and peers
- Bookings of returns in cooperation with the AR department
- Check review in cooperation with the legal department
- Deliver the DPO data, Paid on time, Booked and other analysis to AP Management
- Deliver coding for check depositing
Required qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP and other systems used within the business groups (BrainWare, OnBase) would be a great asset
- 4+ years of experience with accounts payable process, accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of the MS excel (can perform complex functions))
- Advanced English
