The Senior Data Solutions Partner serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Bank's Data & Engineering organization and is responsible for identifying, shaping, and prioritizing high-value use cases across analytics, automation, process improvement, and emerging technologies.
- Act as a trusted partner to business units (Operations, Product, Finance, Revenue, Risk, and others) to identify opportunities for analytics, automation, integrations and process improvement
- Assess and recommend the most appropriate solution approach for each use case, including: Standard or regulatory reporting, Interactive dashboards or self-service analytics, engineered data products or pipelines, workflow automation, integrations, AI-enabled analytics, decision support, or agent-based solutions
- Partner with Data, Engineering, Analytics, ad QA teams to support execution through design, development, testing, and user acceptance
- Maintain alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure scope, intent, and expected outcomes remain consistent throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Ensure all use cases and solutions adhere to data governance, security, risk and compliance requirements
- Identify trends across intake requests to surface opportunities for: process standardization, reporting or data consolidation, platforms or tooling overlap, improved reuse of analytics or engineered data assets
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years experience in analytics, engineering, business analysis, or solution design roles
- Preferred: Experience in financial services or other regulated environments. Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, BI tools, AP concepts, system integrations and advanced analytics
- Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, dashboards, data products, and automation concepts with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical or analytical requirements
